Yummy Pantry is a recipe generation and pantry management application that helps users reduce food waste, save money, and discover new recipes using ingredients they already have. The App provides recipe creation, ingredient scanning, dietary preference management, savings tracking, and recipe sharing features.

3. No Account Required

Yummy Pantry is designed to work without requiring account creation. All your data is stored locally on your device, ensuring your privacy and giving you full control over your information.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Share content through the sharing features that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate intellectual property rights when sharing recipes or content

6. Data Collection and Privacy

• The App does not require account creation
• Crash data is recorded with device information to help us improve the App
• No personal data is shared with anyone for monetary gain
• Your recipe data, ingredient lists, and preferences are stored locally on your device

7. Recipe and Content Sharing

• When you share recipes using the App's sharing features, you retain ownership of your content

• The App includes AI-powered features for ingredient recognition and recipe generation
• AI responses and recipe suggestions are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
• Always use your judgment when following AI-generated recipes
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of AI-generated content
• Food safety is your responsibility - always check ingredients for freshness and follow proper food safety guidelines

9. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or continuously available
• We are not responsible for food allergies, dietary restrictions, or food safety issues
• Users are responsible for verifying ingredient safety and checking for allergens
• Savings calculations are estimates for informational purposes only
• Recipe suggestions should be evaluated for dietary compatibility and food safety

10. App Store Terms

• Downloads through Apple App Store are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions
• Downloads through Google Play Store are subject to Google's Terms of Service
• Any in-app purchases are processed through the respective app store
• Subscription management and refunds are handled through the respective app store

11. Intellectual Property

• The App and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by us
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to food allergies, food poisoning, loss of data, or any health-related issues.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
